My Personal Top Tens of Speedway
This part of my speedway story was prompted by Berwick-upon-Tweed journalist Keith Hamblin, who contacted me late in 1999 to ask for my "Top Ten Bandits" of my time on Tweedside - I think he was writing one of these "Millennium Retrospective" articles that were going about around then….
Well, I wrote it and sent
it off, but while compiling this part of the website, the thought came
to me that I might amplify the idea, and offer a few other Top Tens as
well. The Berwick list is as I compiled it for Keith's article - I've
looked at it again, and see no reason to change a word - and the others
are put together on the dates at the bottom of each list.
