SEA SCOTLAND LTDAir Sea Scotland Ltd is owned and operated by Scots in Scotland. This local independence allows us to serve the international community without reference to any higher authority. All decision-making is controlled in-house, and our decisions can be issued, and when necessary amended, without delay - or without need for reference to any higher authority.
We were formed in 1986 by IAN LYNCH and COLL McLEAN.
Our staff now totals fifteen, with our operational staff being vastly experienced in every aspect of shipping and forwarding by sea and air, with each of our four senior operational managers (Iain McKissock, Dick Barrie, Alex McIntosh and Alastair Burnside) having over 25 years service within our industry - that's well over a century of invaluable experience at your disposal!
Since our formation, we have established Air Sea Scotland Ltd as the largest independent freight forwarder based in Scotland, and proved our ability to administer and control worldwide traffic by both air and sea, both into and out of the United Kingdom.
Totally independent of any other organisation, we are owned 100% by our local working directorship, and we have no contractural obligation to any other forwarding group - this guarantees our ability to provide specialised, dedicated service to each and every client, large or small, either within the United Kingdom or overseas.
We are currently operating to BS5750/ISO9000/ (International Quality Assurance) standards.
Air Sea Scotland Ltd can offer import clearance services to the highest electronic standards, and worldwide export efficiency by airfreight (direct and consolidation), courier, TIR (groupage and full-load) and ocean FCL/LCL services.
